Dark Chocolate Strawberry Brownie Baked Oats
Ingredients- 1/4 cup raw old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 T plain Greek yogurt
- 1 stevia packet
- 1 T unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 2 t coconut flour
- 1/4 cup strawberries; chopped
- 1/2 Chocolate Brownie Quest bar; chopped up
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and spray a ramekin with cooking spray
- Combine all of the ingredients in the ramekin
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before eating
Looks awesome!!! I keep reading about baked oat; and it's getting trendy! Even though I eat oatmeal almost everyday, I have never baked it. I have a feeling I will do it soon!
ReplyDeleteIt's like eating cake for breakfast! I suggest it. I don't get to eat baked oatmeal as often as I'd like because it does take a while to bake, but if you've got the time try it!
