Buffalo Chicken Dip
Serves 12-14
Ingredients- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 6 T reduced fat Greek yogurt based blue cheese dressing
- 7 T hot sauce
- 1/4 t sea salt
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (fresh or canned)
- Combine all ingredients (except the chicken) in a food processor and blend until smooth
- Stir in the shredded chicken
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
