Broccoli and "Cheese" Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 T "cheese"
- 3 T nutritional yeast
- 1 T Greek yogurt based butter or oil
- 2 T oats; ground into flour
- 2 cups broccoli; chopped
- 1/2 t chili powder
- Over medium-high heat, bring the milk, garlic, broccoli, and salt and pepper to a boil
- Boil for about 15 minutes
- Add the butter/oil
- Whisk in the nutritional yeast and oat flour
- Allow to cook for 5 more minutes
- Garnish with chili powder
