Rosemary Balsamic Chicken
Serves 2
Ingredients- 8 oz. thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup celery; diced
- 1/2 cup onion; chopped
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 t dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium skillet, over medium-high heat, saute the onions and celery until lightly browned
- Once browned, add the chicken and allow it cook until almost fully cooked
- Add in the balsamic vinegar, rosemary, and salt and pepper
- Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked
- Serve as desired
