Spicy Citrus Salmon
Serves 2
Ingredients- 1/2 lb. fresh salmon; skin removed
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t lime juice
- 1/2 t apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- Combine all of the ingredients in a zip-lock bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to marinate
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray
- Roast the salmon for 12-14 minutes or until cooked through
