Burger Ingredients
- 1/4-1/2 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper; diced
- 1/4 of an onion; chopped
- 1 1/2 T Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T fresh cilantro; chopped
- 1/8-1/4 cup oatmeal or bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 T Greek yogurt
- 1 T cilantro chopped
- 1/2 t lime juice
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t chili powder
- Combine all of the sauce ingredience in a small bowl; set aside
- Preheat your grill to medium/high heat
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, mix until fully combined
- Portion out the mixture into 2-3 even sized portions and form into patties
- Transfer the patties to the grill and cook for 8 minutes on each side until cooked through
- Transfer burger to a bun or lettuce leaves and top with the sauce
