Chili Roasted Sweet Potato Chips
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato; finely sliced
- 1 ½ t chili powder
- ½ t cumin
- ¼ t salt
- 1 T olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and shake to transfer the spices to the potatoes
- Roast for about 15-20 minutes then check and stir
- Roast for another 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy
