Chili Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 99% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup oats; ground into flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 2 T parsley
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 t pepper
- Oil for cooking
- 10 oz. jar sugar-free grape jelly
- 12 oz. jar chili sauce
- Combine all ingredients (except cooking oil, jelly and chili sauce) in a bowl and thoroughly combine.
- Shape into 1" meatballs
- Heat oil in skillet
- Add meatballs and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes
- In a large sauce pan, bring the grape jelly and chili sauce to a boil
- Continue stirring the sauce until it thickens and is completely combined
- Transfer the cooked meatballs to the sauce and allow to cook on medium/low for 30 minutes
