Moroccan Salmon
Ingredients- 1/2 lb. fresh salmon
- 1/2 t ground coriander
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/8 t allspice
- 1 t EVOO
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil sprayed with healthy cooking spray
- Combine all of the spices with the EVOO
- Rub the spices over the salmon, pressing the spices into the meaty flesh
- Roast the salmon for about 12 minutes until cooked through
