Single Serving Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Whoever said you can't have your cake and eat it too was crazy! If you're like me and can't pass up dessert, but still want to keep it healthy, I present to you the individual mug cake.  You'll be surprised that this fudgey cake is packed with more protein than carbs.  These cakes are perfect for when you want the chewy, moist piece of cake, but don't want to ruin your diet. 


Single Serving Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
Calories per Cake (without frosting): 222
Fat:3.7g - Carbs: 17g - Protein: 31.2g
Ingredients
  •  1 scoop chocolate casine
  • 1 1/4 T oat flour
  • 2 T cacao powder
  • 2/3 t baking powder
  • 1 stevia packet
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Frosting
  • 1 T plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 t strawberry Walden Farms syrup
Directions
  1.  Combine the frosting ingredients; set aside
  2. Spray a ramekin with healthy cooking spray
  3. Combine all ingredients until fully incorporated
  4. Microwave for 45-60 seconds
  5. Remove from the ramekin and top with the frosting and fresh berries
